DETAILED MECHANICS:

Participants:
All Avon homegrown Titled Sales Leaders and Sales Leader Affiliates
Sales Leader Candidates (Top 2 only)
SL must have at least 3 recruits (with 1 Avon Grow Recruit) with minimum P800 BPS purchase each.
For affiliated SL, 1 Grow recruit in their mother branch + minimum 2 qualified recruits in the branch of affiliation.
SL/SLC must have an Avon On Personal Sales of at least P1,500 BPS
NO Payment Plan or Past Due Account on the assigned day.
SL or SLC must be able to issue Official Receipt to the walk-in customer upon purchase.
