Mag-submit ng 1 valid Class A PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION at 1 valid Class 1 PROOF OF RESIDENCE para makuha ang maximum P10,000 initial credit line

SUBMIT 1 VALID PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

CLASS A: Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID), Passport, Driver’s License, Student Driver’s Permit, PRC, GSIS, SSS, Philhealth Membership ID, NBI Clearance, BIR, PNP Firearm License ID (LTOPF), OWWA ID, OFW ID, Seaman’s Book, Veteran’s ID, Company ID, PNP/AFP ID

CLASS B: Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Computerized Voters Certification, School ID, Police Clearance, National ID, Barangay Certification / Clearance, Barangay ID, Competitor’s ID, Avon ID, Senior Citizen’s ID, Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps ID), Other IDs issued by Local / National Gov’t.

CLASS 1: Bank Statements / Passbook (latest), Credit Card Statement/ Billing (latest), Insurance Statement / Billing (latest)
